1. General provisions

1.1. The website MILENALIUTKUTE.COM (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is owned and administered by Milena Liutkutė-Grigaitienė, Individual Activity Code: Certificate No. 393097 – (hereinafter referred to as MILENALIUTKUTE.COM).

1.2. These Privacy Protection Rules are a written document that establishes privacy protection provisions (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Rules) that apply to all persons using the Website and Services. The terms used in the Privacy Rules correspond to the terms defined in the Website Usage Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) (use of the Website, Service, etc.) and their meaning, except for cases where certain terms are separately defined in these Privacy Rules.

1.3. By using the Website and/or the Services in any way and form, the Visitor unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to comply with all the requirements set out in these Privacy Rules. If the Visitor does not agree to unconditionally and irrevocably assume and comply with all the obligations set out in these Privacy Rules, the Visitor does not have the right to use the Website and/or the Services.

1.4. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM has the right to unilaterally change and/or supplement these Privacy Rules at any time. Changes to the Privacy Rules shall enter into force after their publication on the Website. If the Visitor continues to use the Website and/or the Services after the publication of changes and/or supplements to the Privacy Rules, it shall be deemed that he/she unequivocally agrees with all changes and/or supplements to the Privacy Rules. If the Visitor does not agree with the changed and/or supplemented Privacy Rules, he/she loses the right to use the Website and/or the Services.

1.5. The collection, processing and storage of personal data are determined by these Privacy Protection Rules, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts.

2. Data collected by MILENALIUTKUTE.COM

2.1. The Website and Services can be used or fully used only after completing the registration procedure on the Website. The registration procedure is carried out by clicking on the appropriate link on the Website, filling in all mandatory fields of the registration form (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, login password) and, at the Visitor’s choice, filling in optional fields, thus providing data about themselves to MILENALIUTKUTE.COM (hereinafter referred to as the Data).

2.2. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM has the right to use at its discretion all data provided by the Visitor, which the Visitor provides during the registration procedure, as well as data collected by MILENALIUTKUTE.COM in other ways about the Visitor.

2.3. Data that is collected when the Visitor completes the registration procedure and (or) uses the Website and (or) Services are divided into:

2.3.1. Anonymous data. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM collects anonymous data related to facts that cannot be applied to an individual Visitor. For example, MILENALIUTKUTE.COM collects certain information each time a Visitor visits the Website in order to improve the quality of browsing the Website. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM collects the IP addresses of all Visitors and related data (e.g., the Internet address of the last website visited by the person before entering the MILENALIUTKUTE.COM network portal) and the types of browsers and operating systems (e.g., Firefox browser. OS Windows). MILENALIUTKUTE.COM also collects general search expressions from various search engines focused on internal advertising. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM collects this information from all Visitors for the purposes of monitoring, improving the Services and direct advertising. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM also collects information about the Visitor’s answers to questions submitted on the Websites in order to find out the Visitor’s opinion about the Services, as well as advertising placed on the Websites. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM receives this information from all Visitors, regardless of whether they are registered or not.

2.3.2. Personal data. This is data that can be used to identify a specific Visitor. For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania, this data is considered personal data. Such data is collected and processed only with the Visitor’s consent, in the following ways:

2.3.2.1. Registration: when the Visitor registers on the Website, the Visitor must provide the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, login password). The Visitor may also voluntarily provide the following information: personal identification number (if he/she wishes to receive an invoice), residential address (if he/she wishes to have the ordered goods delivered to his/her home).

2.3.2.2. Correspondence and communication: if the Visitor contacts MILENALIUTKUTE.COM, MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may save records of such communication and other related information.

2.3.2.4. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM has the right to collect data about the Visitor when he/she connects to the Website. This data shows which pages of the Website the Visitor visits, at what time and how often he/she does so, and which services he/she uses. This information also includes data that the Visitor sends on the Website.

2.4. The data subject may at any time contact the e-mail address the administration of the store MILENALIUTKUTE.COM and get acquainted with your collected data and demand its correction, destruction or suspension of the processing of your personal data when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law.

3. Data recipients

3.1. The collected Anonymous Data is managed, processed and used by MILENALIUTKUTE.COM for self-promotion and other similar purposes. Anonymous data may be transferred to third parties and also published publicly.

3.2. The collected Personal Data is managed by MILENALIUTKUTE.COM in strict accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Lithuania. Personal data is managed by MILENALIUTKUTE.COM only for the following purposes: to determine the identity and contact details of the person purchasing goods on the Website; to create a login account in the forum operating on the Website; to determine the identity and contact details of persons who, using a special module installed on the Website, wish to submit complaints and suggestions to MILENALIUTKUTE.COM; with the Visitor’s consent – for direct marketing purposes. Personal information is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases where it is mandatory to do so under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.3. The Website may contain active hyperlinks to other websites. Some of these websites may collect the Visitor’s personal information, and advertising websites may use cookies and web beacons in their advertisements to collect information about the Visitor. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM Privacy Policy and the provisions set forth therein do not cover the privacy policies and provisions regarding the collection of information applied by third parties. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM is not and cannot be held responsible for any actions of third parties collecting information about the Visitor.

3.4. The data subject has the right to receive information about the recipients of his/her personal data over the past one year.

4. Use of Visitor Information

4.1. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM has the right to use all collected information about the Visitor at its discretion, fully and in any way not prohibited by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The following are examples of the purposes for which MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may use information collected about a specific Visitor:

4.1.1. in order to edit the Content in a way that is most relevant to the Visitor. In some cases, MILENALIUTKUTE.COM needs to know accurate data about the Visitor in order for MILENALIUTKUTE.COM to be able to offer specialized Services and targeted advertising;

4.1.2. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM collects anonymous data about the Visitor and shares it with third parties (e.g. advertisers). To such persons, MILENALIUTKUTE.COM discloses information about the number of Visitors, the number of Visitors who saw a certain advertisement and (or) clicked on the relevant link on a certain Website, etc. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may also provide full demographic statistics of those Visitors who noticed and clicked on the link of the relevant advertising client. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may also disclose anonymous survey results. In this process, no personal information of the Visitor is usually disclosed;

4.1.3. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM also uses aggregate data for statistical analysis of general characteristics and Visitor behavior, in order to clarify the needs related to certain parts of the Website and analyze how and where to use the available resources most effectively. Without this data, MILENALIUTKUTE.COM would not know which parts of the Website are the most popular and would not be able to properly change and edit the Content and the Services offered;

4.1.4. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may use the Visitor’s personal information to contact the Visitor and notify him/her about changes and updates to the Services, as well as about the Visitor’s accounts or violations of the Rules. If the Visitor participates in games or contests organized on the Site, MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may use the Visitor’s information if the Visitor wins and MILENALIUTKUTE.COM needs to contact him/her;

4.1.5. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may send e-mails or letters by post, as well as short messages (SMS) to the Visitor’s mobile phone with information about the Services that, in MILENALIUTKUTE.COM’s opinion, would be of interest to the Visitor. The aforementioned information is sent only if the Visitor has given his/her consent to this.

5. Safety measures

5.1. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM uses software and other means aimed at protecting the Data of all Visitors. Only authorized MILENALIUTKUTE.COM employees and/or other persons authorized by MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may access the Visitor’s Data.

5.2. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM asks the Visitor to be careful when using and storing the Data, as the Visitor is solely responsible for the confidentiality of all Data. The Visitor should log out of the browser after finishing work in order to be sure that no one will access the Visitor’s e-mail, personal information, especially in cases where the Visitor uses a publicly accessible computer (e.g. in an Internet cafe, library). MILENALIUTKUTE.COM also warns that the Visitor must be careful and should not disclose his/her personal information (such as the Visitor’s real name, personal code, e-mail address, bank account codes, etc.) to third parties when using the Website and/or Services. Such information may be used and directed against the Visitor’s interests, including for acts such as fraud, sending unsolicited e-mails, etc.

5.3. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM undertakes to strive to protect the Visitor’s personal data, which are processed by AUDILONA.LT, however, taking into account the fact that the Visitor’s information is sent via an Internet connection, MILENALIUTKUTE.COM warns that MILENALIUTKUTE.COM cannot and does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted by the Visitor, including personal data.

5.4. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM is concerned with the protection of the rights of minors and limits their ability to use certain Services intended only for adults. Therefore, individual parts of the Website may be intended only for adults. Minor Visitors are strictly prohibited from accessing such parts of the Website. The Visitor is also responsible not only for his or her own behavior, but also for the behavior of his or her minor children or other persons under his or her care on the Website, if they use the Website in the Visitor’s environment, with his or her permission or using the Visitor’s hardware.

6. Software used on the website and its installation

6.1. MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may make available for installation software selected at its discretion for use with certain Services. The Visitor understands and agrees that MILENALIUTKUTE.COM may limit the Visitor’s ability to use certain Services in cases where certain software is not installed. Such software may be created by both MILENALIUTKUTE.COM and third parties. The software may be created in such a way as to independently contact MILENALIUTKUTE.COM or third party hardware in order for the installed software to function, as well as so that the Visitor has the opportunity to learn about updates and improvements to such software. The terms of use of such software are discussed in a separate agreement, the text of which is available to the Visitor when installing such software.
